2022-2023 Registration

All Children must have these forms completed to attend, regardless of prior attendance.

Registration for Elementary Program (Grades K-5) 
Registration for Warehouse Program (Grades 6-8)

Children who wish to attend during the 2022-2023 School Year must also have these forms completed. 

Medical Release (All Grades)
Consent to Participate in Honey Bee Keeping Activities (All Grades)
Authorization for Disclosure of Confidential Information (All Grades)

Your child will not be accepted until ALL the forms for their grade level are completed.
